ORDERS
To view the status of your order, you can log in to our website with your account details. If you still have questions, please contact our customer service. This can be done by telephone, email, Whats app or live chat. Please have your order number ready, this will speed up the service.
STOCK AND DELIVERY TIME
The stock in our website is the current stock of A-team Automotive, which is immediately available to you. If you are looking for a specific part that is not immediately available, you can place a request on our website and create an "Alert" via your account, via this alert system you will be informed when the part you are looking for arrives at us.
Parts ordered and paid for before 3:00 PM will be checked, packed and shipped the same day. You can assume that these parts will be delivered the next working day. Working days are understood to mean Monday to Friday.
WARRANTY
We supply all our parts with a standard 3 month warranty. A-team Automotive applies the STIBA warranty and delivery conditions. You can find it here.
COMPLAINT HANDLING
We do our very best to make and keep our customers satisfied. In the unlikely event that there is a complaint or a problem with our service or products, we would like to hear about it. You can make your complaint known to us by sending an email to our customer service. You give us the opportunity to resolve the complaint. You will receive a decision about your complaint within 5 working days.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union
